Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in boxing fitness classes offered by Body by Boxing LLC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and potential death. I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions or those of others, the condition of the facilities, or the negligence of the staff. 2. Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in Body by Boxing LLC classes, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Body by Boxing LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during my participation in these classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Fitness: I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in these classes. I have consulted with a physician if necessary and have been cleared to participate in physical fitness activities. 4. Assumption of Risk: I understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with my participation in Body by Boxing LLC classes. I recognize that my participation is voluntary and that I may withdraw from the class at any time. 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body by Boxing LLC from any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my participation in the classes. 6. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 7. Acknowledgment: I have read this waiver in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I am aware that I am waiving certain legal rights, and I do so voluntarily and of my own free will. If I am under the age of 18 I am having a parent agree and sign or have parental permission to participate in activities by Body by Boxing LLC 8. I the undersigned, hereby grant Body by Boxing LLC, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photos and/or videos of me during classes or events related to Body by Boxing LLC. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:- Social media posts,website content, Marketing materials-Press releases.
